1. Agreement To Terms

By using CruxOne (cruxone.io), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date
• You are responsible for your account security and all activity under it
• One account per person

3. Your Content & Ownership

• Your content is yours. You retain full ownership of everything you create or upload
• You grant us a limited license to process and distribute your content solely to provide our services
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on others' rights
• CruxOne branding, code, and platform design remain our property

4. Subscription & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually on a recurring basis
• You can cancel anytime — access continues until end of billing period
• Refund requests accepted within 7 days of purchase at [email protected]
• We will notify you at least 30 days before any price changes

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Publish illegal, infringing, or harmful content
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Use bots or scrapers on the platform
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Resell platform services without permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Limitation Of Liability

The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific sales results or commercial success. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

You can close your account anytime. After termination, your data remains available for download for 30 days before permanent deletion. We recommend exporting your content before closing your account.

8. Changes To Terms

We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes via email or dashboard notice.
